What Membership Offers...

• Our journal, Gifted, keeps parents, educators and children up to date with issues and activities relating to gifted and talented children and their education.
  
  
• Social and enrichment activities for gifted and talented children.  Support throught information forums for parents and caretakers
  
  
• Seminars and workshops for parents, teachers and gifted children.
  
  
• Access, often at discounted prices, to resources and activities designed to meet the needs of gifted and talented children and their parents, teachers adn caretakeers.
  
  
• A library of specialist books, tapes and other materials.  Database can be searched on the website (www.nswagtc.org.au), loan requests sent by email and resource sent via Australia Post.
  
  
• Weekend camps for gifted and talented children with numerous activities to enjoy.
  
  
• A supportive network of parents and educators that have been and are involved with gifted and talented children.
  
  
• Representation and lobbying on members' behalf to protect and extend the provisions for gifted and talented children in NSW and the ACT.
  
  
• Representation and programs nation-wide through affiliation with the Australian Association for the Education of the Gifted and Talented (AAEGT).
